most of the readings have been completed and recorded with thoughts, and special words have been plucked out and set apart and defined. i feel as though the pieces are coming together, yet much is still nebulous — the basics about this summer thesis project have yet to be articulated. i have been gathering much, however. i plan soon to test some routed plaster casts to use with wet porcelain clay for the physical model. as of right now, the readings come first. in a week i will be driving south, to spend time near the ocean. i hope to flesh out this skeleton project there, and draw a little...
